just finished the corned beef and cabbage...i only make this once a year on St.Patrick's Day (no, not irish) and i wonder why i only do this once...it is easy to make and Mike LOVES it.....go figure...the leftovers go into a hash which i lovingly call "bubble and squeak", a name my English father gave it...here is the layout for the second day at Oscraps .....100% supplies from oscraps designers.....
